ARTIST IN RESIDENCE PROGRAM
Submission of Application Materials

Please email the following APPLICATION materials to: AIR@ec-chap.org. (include “AIR Application” and your First and Last Name in the subject of your email).
Your current CV or Résumé.
WORK SAMPLES
Visual Artists: Attach five (5) sample images of your works (JPEG, PNG, or PDF format, 72 dpi, maximum 2 MB each file) and a brief statement attesting that all works are of your own original creation.
Film and Performing Artists: Submit three (3) selections of your works (one to three-minute MP4, MOV, or MP3 format) and a brief statement attesting that all works are of your own original creation. You may provide a web link for viewing rather than attachment due to file size (i.e., YouTube, Dropbox. Google Drive), or send a physical DVD or CD (*see below).
Composers: Attach three (3) selections of your score(s) for at least ten minutes of music, associated music files (MP3 format) and a brief statement attesting that all works are of your own original creation. You may provide a web link for download rather than attachment due to file size (i.e., Dropbox. Google Drive), or send a physical CD (*see below).
Curators, Art Historians, Writers, and Researchers: Attach three (3) sample texts of your works and a brief statement attesting that all works are of your own original creation.
Additional Submission: Please supply any additional information that you feel may be pertinent to your application
*Any artist that cannot send support materials via email or links (preferred) may submit hard copies to:
